Manual Osteopathic Therapy $147 (55 minutes) - Book Now
Practitioners trained in manual osteopathy evaluate and address the musculoskeletal, neurological, visceral, circulatory, and cranial systems. With extensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics, the practitioner can identify impairments in the body that can be treated to restore optimal function.
Assessment involves the entire body, and fascinating connections between different body regions and systems are often discovered, which can explain why treating only the site of pain has not been successful.
One of the most unique aspects of Manual Osteopathic Therapy is the treatment of viscera (organs). Treating organs can greatly benefit body function and help treat diseases. We can assist in the treatment of conditions such as GI dysfunction, menstrual dysfunction (including cramps), asthma, and others. Chronic pain can also be caused by organs that are not functioning properly.
Treatment types
Myofascial Remodeling
The fascial system is a continuous network of connective tissue that runs throughout the entire body, linking all of the organs, muscles, and bones into a single functional unit. Manual Osteopathic Therapy focuses on identifying and treating fascial restrictions, which can restore balance and proper function to the body. By freeing up these restrictions, the body's innate healing mechanisms can work more effectively, leading to improved health and well-being.
Craniosacral Therapy
Osteopathic manipulation of the cranial bones, brain, and spinal cord are advanced treatments that have been validated by many studies demonstrating their effectiveness. Like vertebral joints, the cranial structures can become "stuck" and out of balance, leading to conditions such as neck pain, headaches, TMJ, and more severe symptoms resulting from injury such as concussion or whiplash.
Cranial Osteopathy can be used to treat a range of conditions including constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, seizures, scoliosis, herniation, migraine headaches, disturbed sleep cycles, low mood, asthma, neck pain, sinus infections, TMJ syndrome, Ménière's disease and ear problems, as well as for children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
Osteoarticulations
Think of realigning the skeletal structure without the use of high-velocity thrusting. Manual Osteopathic Therapy can be used to adjust the sacrum, spine, neck, and head to create structural balance. Additional work may include the ribs, shoulders, and limbs.
Manual Lymphatic Therapy
MLT is a gentle technique that is used to assist the body in achieving homeostasis. Lymphatic flow is essential for proper healing and a healthy immune system. Athletes and individuals in the acute phase of injury or recovery from surgery can benefit from encouraged lymphatic flow to and from the affected areas.
Visceral Therapy
Visceral Therapy involves the assessment and treatment of organ structures. Dysfunctional organs can directly or indirectly affect other areas of the body. It's not uncommon to see conditions like frozen shoulder being treated by addressing the liver!

Personal Training + Strength and Conditioning $147 (55 minutes) - Book Now
Athletes are both the easiest and the hardest people to train. They understand the process and are familiar with the majority of the exercises, and they often have a "do-what-needs-to-be-done" mindset. However, the "no pain, no gain" attitude can be a double-edged sword, and it is important to keep them on track during a slow rehabilitation process. The main goal is to push for recovery as quickly as possible, as long as it doesn't risk further injury down the road.
High performance athlete training
Throughout his career, Adam has had many opportunities to coach sports teams and train high-level athletes, beginning as early as age 13 and working with both youth and adult clients. He incorporates safe and effective training techniques to improve all aspects of fitness. Adam has had the pleasure of training national-level junior track athletes, semi-professional soccer players from Europe, and MMA athletes.
Weight loss
Adam combines a strong nutritional program with dynamic training to help his clients achieve their fitness goals. He frequently emphasizes the importance of nutrition to his clients, often reminding them that "abs are made in the kitchen." With his nutrition knowledge from both university and personal experience, Adam creates plans that are not typical "diets." They are relatively easy to follow and always changing. When combined with a mixture of high-intensity interval training and strength training, these plans produce the strongest results. Adam emphasizes that it's not just about going on a diet, it's about making a lifestyle change.

Radial Shockwave Therapy $84 (15 minutes) - Book Now
It is estimated that at least four million North Americans each year seek physical therapy treatment for symptoms of tennis elbow alone, which is one of the more common locations for chronic tendinitis. Until recently, treatment options for chronic tendinitis have been limited to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications (NSAIDs) such as ibuprofen, stretching exercises, and avoidance of activities that can cause pain. Occasionally, corticosteroid injections are performed, and surgical therapy is rarely attempted – all with the goal of reducing the patient's pain and enabling them to return to their favorite activities and sports. However, a newer treatment for many of these conditions is now available: Radial Shockwave Therapy.
Radial Shockwave Therapy is an FDA-cleared technology that has been proven to increase the rate of healing for soft tissue tendinopathy. It is an advanced, non-invasive, and highly effective treatment method that enhances blood circulation and accelerates the healing process, causing damaged tissue to gradually regenerate.
What conditions can be treated with RWST?
Achilles tendinitis
Patellar tendonitis
Quadriceps tendinitis
Lateral epicondylitis / tennis elbow
Medial epicondylitis / golfer's elbow
Biceps/triceps tendinitis
Partial thickness rotator cuff tears
Trochanteric tendonitis
Plantar fasciitis
Shin splints
Foot wounds and more
How does RST work?
Chronic pain can cause your body to stop recognizing that there is an injury to a specific area, resulting in a halted healing process and no relief. Radial Shockwave Therapy uses ballistic sound waves to penetrate deeply into the soft tissue, creating a microtrauma or new inflammatory condition in the treated area. This process triggers your body's natural healing response once again. The energy emitted also causes the cells in the soft tissue to release certain bio-chemicals that intensify the body's natural healing process. These bio-chemicals allow for the building of a range of new microscopic blood vessels in the soft tissue.
Studies have extensively investigated Radial Shockwave Therapy over the past 20 years, demonstrating a 72% to 80% success rate.
How is RWST performed?
The system used for treatment consists of a machine with an applicator that resembles an ultrasound. It is administered once a week for a series of four to five treatments. The duration of each treatment is approximately five minutes, which may vary depending on the size and number of areas being treated.
